Today, Ooooby becomes Bliss.
It’s a big change. And a personal one. Bliss is our family name, and it also captures our mission: to make healthy eating joyful, simple, and deeply human. We’re still the same team with the same values, but we’re entering a new chapter. And we wanted a name that reflects where we’re going, not just where we’ve been.
Why the Change?
Back in 2010, Ooooby helped kickstart a local food revolution: connecting small growers with local households and proving that fresh, organic food could be delivered with care. We’re still doing just that.
But the world has changed. Local and organic are now everywhere. And that’s a good thing.
It also means we can now shift our focus — from what food is, to what it does. How it supports your wellbeing. How it fits your life. How it makes you feel. For us, eating well is part of a bigger picture: living well.
Food is personal. And as a family business, we want our values to show up in everything we do — in how we eat, how we live, and how we serve our community. That’s the journey we’re on. And we believe the name Bliss reflects that.
What Changes for You?
Not much, in the best way. You’ll still get the same trusted team, the same local growers, and the same curated boxes full of fresh, seasonal goodness, all “out of our own backyard.”
But there are some exciting new things on the way:
Like many families, ours eats gluten- and dairy-free. So we’re building more support for people like us (and you). Expect new diet-friendly options, helpful nutrition info, and products designed to make healthy eating easier (and more joyful).
We’re also exploring new ways to give back, with initiatives to feed families in need, support food charities, and fight hunger in our local communities.
Your first Bliss Box will arrive next week.
Thanks for growing with us.
Eat well. Live well. Bliss.
